COOKIES
Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device. We may collect, store, and use cookies or other files for essential operations, performance, functional, targeting and advertising purposes. For example, the cookies may be used to enhance a user's experience and perform functions essential to the operation of the Service, track site usage and trends, provide advertising on the Service, and improve the same. We may also allow our partners to place or recognize cookies for purposes described herein. A user may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent; however, we note that some parts of the Service may not function properly.
Our partners may also collect, store, and use cookies, for the same general purposes identified above. Third parties may also use and store cookies and other similar technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. For more information about the use of cookies and how to block them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org, www.youronlinechoices.eu (Europe) or www.aboutads.info/choices/ (United States). Most web browsers also allow you to manage your cookie preferences.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies, or delete certain cookies. However, please note that this may impair or prevent functioning of the Service. We may also use third-party vendors, including Google, who use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our websites, including Google Analytics for Display Advertising. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We take your privacy seriously. We only share your information as described below.
Augustine
We may share your information among our partners, affiliates, and agents. These companies, when handling this information, will follow practices that are consistent with the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Augustine does not share Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Third-Party
We use third-party companies, e.g., agents or contractors, service providers, to perform services on our behalf or to assist us with the provision of Service to you. For example, we engage third-parties to provide marketing, advertising, communications, infrastructure, website, payment, video delivery, and IT services, to personalize and optimize the Service, to process and limit fraud in connection with credit card transactions or other payment methods, to provide customer service, to analyze and enhance data (including data about users interactions with the service), gather feedback, online discussion forums, and to process and administer consumer surveys. In the course of providing such services, these service providers may have access to your personal identifiable information or other information. We do not authorize them to use or disclose your personal identifiable information except in connection with providing their services.
Business Transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy websites, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing privacy policy (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that Augustine, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, personal identifiable information will, of course, be one of the transferred assets.
Protection of Augustine, formed.org, and Others
We release account and other personal identifiable information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy to all Augustine agreements (Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy) and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of www.formed.org, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information including personal identifiable information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing, personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.
USE OF SERVICE BY MINORS
You must be 13 years of age or older to subscribe to the Service. In certain jurisdictions, the age of majority may be older than 13, in which case, you must satisfy that age in order to become a member. While individuals under the age of 13 may utilize the Service, they may do so only with the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian, and subject to our Terms of Service.
SECURITY
The security of your information is important to us. We use reasonable security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal identifiable information under our control. This includes, but is not limited to, using firewalls and encryption. Unfortunately, no security system can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure. You should choose a strong password, limit access to your computer, and sign off when not using your account. We cannot guarantee that your information including personal identifiable information will remain free from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or alteration. Further, while we work hard to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent "hackers" or other unauthorized persons from illegally accessing or obtaining this information.
If we learn of a security breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using the Service or providing information to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Service and our website. If a security systems breach occurs, we may post a notice on our homepage (www.formed.org) or elsewhere on the FORMED website and may send electronic mail to you at the email address you have provided to us. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: DO NOT TRACK
The Service does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, most web browsers allow you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked. If you would like to learn how to set your web browser so that websites do not track you, please see the policy and instructions provided by your web browser.
Third parties that have content embedded on the Service's websites such as a social feature may set cookies on a user's browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific website from a certain IP address. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from the Service's websites unless you provide it to them directly.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: NOTICE FOR MINORS
The Service may offer interactive features which allow you to post content to share publicly or with friends. If you have questions about how to remove content in a specific service or if you would like additional assistance with deletion you can contact the Service Support team at the contact listed below. Although we offer deletion capability for the Service, you should be aware that the removal of content may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of that content or information posted through the Service.
